4Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
5Returns & Refunds
Unused parts in original packaging qualify for return within 7 days of delivery.
6Warranty
OEM parts carry manufacturer warranty. Aftermarket parts carry brand warranty as stated.
7Limitation of Liability
Dhamija Spares is not liable for damages from improper installation.
8Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in New Delhi.
