4Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
5Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds after the order has been delivered. Please ensure all product details are reviewed before placing your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
6Warranty
OEM parts carry manufacturer warranty. Aftermarket parts carry brand warranty as stated.
7Limitation of Liability
Dhamija Spares is not liable for damages from improper installation.
8Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in New Delhi.
